Yes, there are certain aspects of living alone that I like. However, I really miss the companionship of living with someone. Especially right now. I had overnight company for 3 days, and now . . . the house is just so silent and so empty.
I don't like it.

I'm sorry to hear that! Thursday would work for me. I have plans on Wednesday. Want to try Red Robin again? Or have you been there already?
ReplyDeleteI've been thinking about this a lot lately. For the past 2 1/2 years, I've lived alone. In that time, I've had plenty of lonely moments to go along with the "I'm so glad I live alone!" moments. In two weeks, my sister will move in with me--maybe for the summer, maybe indefinitely. While I'm looking forward to having her around all the time, I'm also savoring my last two weeks of "me" time!
