Two Week Experiment

Sunday night here. I'm embarking on a two-week experiment. Basically the plan is a) lots of sleep and b) working out every day Monday - Friday (rather than my every other day routine).

So, since it's almost 10, I best be heading towards bed.

  1. Sorry we missed you at the gym this morning. Andrew drank too much coffee yesterday afternoon and didn't go to sleep until REALLY late.... and since I am a light sleeper I don't think I slept to well because of it... so we were both up way too late. Hence we slept until 7:20ish. oops. Oh well, I guess there always is tomorrow!
