Right now we're relaxing in the basement playing games, watching a movie, reading, laughing.

We are being treated like royalty by Jay & Ginny.  And we are getting so spoiled.

We got in late last night (1 AM local time) and then stayed up for another couple hours getting the grand tour of the house and munching on Ginny's famous Spinach Artichoke Dip and Corn Dip and Puppy Chow.

This morning we were treated to a lovely pancake and bacon breakfast along with coffee and orange juice.  The 8 of us gathered around the kitchen table in the great room, talked, ate, laughed, shared stories, and shared in Scripture and devotions.

We then headed to downtown Rice Lake to do a little shopping at some cute, local shops.  We headed home for a quick lunch before going south to Chippewa Falls.  We got a tour of the Leinenkugel Brewery.  I'd never been to a brewery before, and it was quite entertaining!  I also enjoyed the architecture of the brewery buildings.

Then it was back to Rice Lake.  We hung out in the great room.  Josh played the piano for us, and we prepared pizzas to make on the grille!  It was so fun to each make our own pizza exactly how we want it.  Jay & Ginny had picked out such fun toppings (grilled chicken, alfredo, pesto, teriaki, etc. in addition to all your traditional toppings).  We enjoyed our pizzas on the back deck and told stories.

And now relaxing in the basement and sipping more coffee.  Decaf of course.

I'm so happy.
